Children Oh Mighty!

It's Children's Day!

What better thing for a parent to do on this day but to take time off work and spend it with their children!?!

The House of ANG & our dear big sister "Ms Wong" did exactly that. Take Afternoon Leave!!

The daycare is operational until 2pm today hence the parents ensured that they arrive at the centre latest by 1.30pm to pick the children. With not much of a plan in mind, the folks decided to bring the children to the Airport via MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) train!

After parking the car at a strategic location.....(shhhhh......we're not telling you where cos it's free the entire day!) We proceeded to the MRT (train) station.

Not long after boarding the train, the duo promptly fell soundly asleep in their mummies lap. It was supposed to be their usual afternoon nap time and today they were actually overdue for their nap.

Errrr.......that also explain why there were not much photography of the duo supposely 'monkeying' on board the train. Hee.......

It's about almost 3pm when we reach the airport. Our tummies were rumbling badly as the adults had not eaten any lunch. We finally settled down for Fish & Co at Terminal 2 though. While waiting..........we took a lot of random pictures from our children since it's Children's Day!.......and they were our STAR of the day.

So finally, after waiting like almost 30 minutes, our glorious food arrived.......

We chomped on our food like we've never eaten for days! That's why we've not taken any pictures since we did not look very elegant.....kekekeke. Oh.....not forgetting, our Toddler got an extra Children's Day 'gift' from The Fish & Co restaurant manager. She served up a scoop of vanilla ice-cream!! Woah......the adults were full of envy.

Of course after filling our stomachs, the main attraction.........off to the Viewing Mall........

We spent like 30 minutes at the Viewing Mall before deciding to call it a day as we do not want to be caught in a Peak traffic condition in the train later.

On our way to the train station, we played some games with the children and they really loved it. Everyone can tell that the duo had enjoyed the afternoon.

The objective of the day, spending quality time with the children; and

The results, 2 satisfied boys in the making.
